Dutch Connection 2014
From February 14, 2014 through March 2, 2014 at George Eastman House
George Eastman ordered thousands of flowering bulbs every year for his house and gardens, and that tradition continues today with this annual exhibition. Eastman’s conservatory and palm house will be filled with spring color—throughout the show, more than three thousand tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, amaryllis, clivias, begonias, and azaleas are in full bloom.
Also on display: tropical orchids courtesy of the Genesee Region Orchid Society and a selection of objects from George Eastman’s life from 1914.
